Free Yourself From Depression
OSSANNA AMRAN
Start living the life you want, a life you love
I help people with depression find meaning and purpose
Along the way, you became a bystander to your life, going through the motions without looking up for anything. You question your relationships with others and find it hard to make genuine connections. You want energy and motivation, but oftentimes it seems like there is no hope. You don’t know what defines you anymore.
More than anything, you want the courage to take risks again, to be confident in your intuition. You want hope, healing, to no longer doubt yourself. You want to make meaningful connections with others that last. You long to feel seen by others. You want to look forward to your life again.
You can find that spark again and keep the flame lit. Through exploring your thoughts, you’ll learn how to recognize what in life gives you purpose. You’ll learn to soothe depressive feelings of numbness so you can do the things you love. You won’t doubt yourself, feel too afraid to take risks, or feel like nothing will work. You’ll recover the inner strength to have peace within the storm. It all begins when you approach it openly, with love.
Start living with confidence. Begin this journey of healing. This is the first step to gain the skills and tools you need to build the life you want to live. I’ll be here to support you. Request a call with me today.

How much do sessions cost?
My fee is $160/session. I occasionally can accommodate sliding scale appointments. I offer super bills for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Call our care coordinator with any questions about fee.
What kinds of problems do you help with?
I help children, adolescents, and adults work through feelings of depression and anxiety - such as loss of interest, persistent feelings of sadness, excessive worry, and feeling overwhelmed. I also help couples recognize damaging relationship patterns, and develop healthier approaches to enhance intimacy and trust. We all have relationships we want to work on, whether they are with other people or with ourselves. I focus on exploring the relationship you want to work on, and help you take it to where you want to go, supporting you along the way.
What is your training?

I am currently in my second year at Fuller Theological Seminary’s School of Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy, pursuing the Clinical Psychology PhD program. My clinical training encompasses relational psychoanalysis, humanistic therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapies. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults who have experienced depression find meaning and purpose again.
