Experience safety in your daily life

I provide trauma therapy for people with anxiety

For a while now, life has felt more fragile than it should. Your heart races out of nowhere, your body tenses when you should feel relaxed, and you feel like you’re always bracing for a disaster. Your past experiences follow you wherever you go. Flashbacks come with no warning. It’s isolating and difficult to share with others. You wish your mind could feel safe, that you could trust that things will work out. But right now, you know you can’t stay stuck in these painful memories anymore.

I help people with anxiety process trauma so they can feel safe again. We will take time to establish trust, tell your story at the pace you feel comfortable, explore your emotions, and help you make sense of what has happened. I also specialize in supporting autistic individuals who have experienced trauma, honoring their unique needs and ways of experiencing the world. My goal is to support your needs and walk alongside you as you heal from the past, so you can feel more in control of your life.

Imagine being able to go about your day without the unwanted memories, fear, guilt, or anxiety. The reminders no longer feel paralyzing, you don’t have to avoid the silence for fear of what will come up, and you can share your story with confidence. This is an opportunity to feel safe in your own mind again. I will be with you every step of the way. Set up a free call with me today.
