Come back home to yourself
I help people with trauma get out of survival mode
You wake up in the middle of the night, already worried about tomorrow. Your mind races with everything demanding your attention. You try to tell yourself you can do it, but that just isn’t working. Deep down, you wonder if you’re the problem–that somehow all of this is your fault. You feel stuck in the cycle of sleepless nights, constant overthinking, and racing from one responsibility to the next.
And then there’s the past—still lingering, still pulling at you. You find yourself spinning, unsure of who you are or how you got here. You’re tired down to your bones, but rest feels out of reach. Every decision feels like too much. The self-trust you once had feels distant, and in its place is disconnection from yourself and the people around you. You’re craving peace and need to find joy again.
You can heal from the past. I help people with trauma get out of survival mode. First, we’ll work together to process your experiences with care and curiosity. Next we’ll explore how you typically respond to difficult emotions and naturally discover healthier, more effective ways to cope.
You’ll learn to trust yourself again. You’ll be able to feel more at home in your body and in your life. You’ll make choices with clarity, and reconnect with what matters most to you. The sleepless nights, the second-guessing, the isolation—they don’t have to be permanent. You can come back home to yourself. Not only will your anxiety feel more manageable, but you’ll also reconnect with a version of yourself that is more grounded, authentic, and alive.
It takes courage to face the past and hope for something more—but you’re not doing it alone. The first step is to schedule a call with me. We’ll talk about how therapy can help you achieve your goals. Reach out today.

How much do sessions cost?
My fee is $175/session. I occasionally can accommodate sliding scale appointments. I offer super bills for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Call our care coordinator with any questions about fee.
What kinds of problems do you help with?
I help adolescents and adults who are working through the effects of past trauma and experiencing symptoms of anxiety—such as difficulty sleeping, ruminative thoughts, panic attacks, a sense of hopelessness, and feeling constantly overwhelmed. I also support people navigating life transitions, grief, and relationship distress—whether that means adjusting to a new role or identity, learning to set healthier boundaries, or searching for meaning amidst life’s ups and downs. My approach focuses on creating a supportive space where clients feel empowered to heal.
What is your training?
I earned my MA in Psychology from Fuller Theological Seminary’s School of Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy, and I am currently in my third year of Fuller’s Clinical Psychology PhD program.
