If you have a PPO plan you may receive partial reimbursement for our services according to your out-of-network benefits. We are not in-network with insurance panels or Medi-Cal, in order to provide immediate and responsive care to our clients.
FAQ

Do you take my insurance?

Most of our therapists provide out-of-network services. You’ll receive a superbill after payment for services, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

PPO insurance plans will often cover between 40-70% of a session fee after your deductible has been met. Talk to your insurance provider for details on your out-of-network benefits.

Do you offer court-ordered therapy?

No, we do not offer court-ordered therapy.

Do you provide ESA letters?

ESA letters may be offered as part of a larger treatment plan for managing anxiety. It is atypical for a therapist to offer an ESA letter without ongoing treatment, as ESA letters are sometimes appropriate in the context of treating PTSD, phobias, and other mental health issues.

Our first suggestion is to meet with a therapist and talk about what option might be helpful to you to manage the presenting mental health condition.

Do you offer low fee therapy?
